We use CO2 laser cutting to create precise components from non-metallic materials: stencils, lettering, decorative details, inlays, markings, plaques, and auxiliary components for larger projects. This technology allows us to quickly and accurately transition from CAD design to a physical component with a repeatable shape.

Precise templates and accessories
Laser stencils are useful wherever repeatability, clean edges, and dimensional accuracy are essential. We create templates for assembly, painting, marking, and sculpting, tracing, and arrangement. In sculptural projects, they help maintain proportions, ornamental rhythm, repeatable detail, and design consistency.
The CO2 laser also allows for the preparation of elements for inlays, decorative inserts, and lettering. Tolerance is crucial in such work, as each element must fit snugly into place, avoid random appearances, and be aesthetically pleasing.

In premium projects, simply cutting a piece isn't enough. You also need to choose the material, direction, thickness, color, gluing method, mounting method, and finish. Therefore, each element is prepared within the context of the entire project, not as an isolated detail.
From vector file to finished detail
We achieve the best results when the design is prepared in vector format and cutting technology is taken into account from the outset. However, we can also assist with file development, sizing, shape simplification, material selection, and assembly preparation. For lettering, we check legibility, character proportions, and minimum widths to ensure the final lettering looks professional.
CO2 laser cutting is particularly well suited to decorative details, display items, signs, templates and components that need to be lightweight, visually clean and precise.
Elements tailored to sculptures and premium realizations
Our CO2 cutting is often part of a larger project: a sculpture, a base, a display case, a sign, an altar, a frame, or an interior design. This allows designers to immediately plan the element’s position, visibility, color, contrast, and mounting method.
This is particularly important when working for churches, hotels, restaurants, representative facilities and private clients, where the detail must look elegant and durable.
CO2 cutting and CO2 engraving in one process
In many projects, we combine cutting and engraving. The same element can have a cut outline, engraved description, numbering, a logo, or a decorative line. This allows for significant design freedom and allows for the creation of details that are immediately ready for assembly or further finishing.
