Drewniana Elegancja na Co Dzień
Viktor-Art is a woodcarving studio for projects where scale, quality, and responsibility throughout the entire process are paramount. We create premium wooden sculptures, large figures, ornaments, organ casings, casings, reconstructions of monuments, 3D models, and architectural details for artists, designers, architects, investors, and sacred and representative spaces.
Our strength lies in the fact that everything operates as one: sawmill, wood preparation and drying, carpentry, modelers, 3D scanning, 2D/3D/5/6-axis CNC milling, hand carvers, paint shop, polychrome, and gilding. This ensures that clients receive a seamless process from initial concept to finished sculpture, rather than a haphazard service.
We realize secular and sacred projects, classic and modern, individual objects and large-scale projects requiring construction, fastening, precise material preparation, and final hand-finishing. We can start with a sketch, photo, scan, digital model, existing sculpture, or the client’s vision.

Founded by Halina and Józef Zajdel, 'Wood Carving Studio' is the beginning of our passion and professionalism in creating unique works of art.
From the very beginning, we invested in modern technologies - our first multi-spindle copier is proof of an innovative approach to craftsmanship.
Investments in developing the skills of our team - regular training in polychrome techniques, inspired by Italian craftsmanship, allowed us to create sculptures with a unique, realistic appearance and depth of color.
Our workshop specializes in the wholesale production of the highest quality wooden sculptures and ornaments. Our products have gained recognition on the renowned Italian market, especially in the Val Gardena region, Italy, and in Bavari, Germany. By combining traditional Polish craftsmanship with modern techniques, we delivered products that have become synonymous with quality for our customers.
Halina Zajdel and Józef S. Zajdel were admitted to the National Association of Polish Artists. This event was an important step in the history of our company, emphasizing our commitment to the promotion and development of traditional Polish artistic crafts.
New name and new challenges. Initiation of the production of unique sculptures and bas-reliefs, aimed at the Polish market, under our own brand. We implemented innovative designs with passion and opened dedicated distribution channels, especially in the devotional products segment.
Expansion of our machine park, including modern CNC machines.
We have also invested in 3D scanning technology and extended virtual model processing, which allowed us to create precise, effective products tailored to the needs of our customers. More information about our 3D scanning methods in the technical section.
During this period, we also had the honor of receiving the first orders for the renovation of monuments, which resulted in our cooperation in decorating altars and producing unique church furniture.
Strategic expansion of our company and our own sawmill as well as modern vacuum and microwave dryers.
Thanks to this expansion of our infrastructure, we have gained the ability to meet the high quality and size requirements of fancy wood, which allowed us to meet orders from the demanding Scandinavian market.
Continuing our mission of innovation, we have significantly expanded our machinery, including an advanced 3-meter CNC lathe and a 6-axis woodworking robot.
Start of the production of exclusive applied wood art for the French, Dutch and Scandinavian markets.
Ambitious orders as part of large reconstruction and renovation projects, in which we had the honor to participate in one of the world's largest reconstruction projects of the organ case after World War II. Our team of specialists provided support at the stage of digitization, precise 3D processing and the creation of hundreds of details and figures from wood.
Our company also had a key role in the arrangement of ornamental decorations for other historic organ cabinets and altars. The process included modeling, 3D scanning, digital fabrication, reverse engineering, machining, hand detailing and gilding. As a result, hundreds of perfectly made ornamental elements were created, including cartouches, consoles, garlands, curtains and figures.
In addition, we have completed dozens of other wood projects, including figures, for our new and regular clients from Poland and abroad.
In 2022, we developed our expertise in artistic 3D modeling, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern digital processes. We create 3D models both from scratch and based on physical modeling, 3D scanning, and subsequent digital remodeling. Each project is created under the supervision of our artists, ensuring the correct proportions, character, and sculptural quality of form are maintained even at the digital stage.
We also modify models provided by clients, including scale changes, mirroring, adjustments to hand positions, body positions, and other compositional details. This allows us to precisely tailor the design to the client's individual vision, preparing it for further implementation in wood.
The result is refined digital models that provide a solid foundation for the creation of high-quality sculptures, ornaments, and decorative elements. This is the stage where the client's vision takes shape and can be transformed into a final work.
A new spacious service and storage hall, which allowed us to implement more ambitious and larger sculpture projects.
As part of our constant pursuit of perfection, we have also expanded our machinery with an advanced 6-axis CNC milling machine, specially adapted for precision woodworking, and an improved control system for our design. This investment was particularly important for our specialization in creating impressive, large-scale wooden figures, which are the showcase of our company internationally.
From 2024 to 2026, we developed collaborations with artists, designers, and studios from Europe and America, participating in the implementation of exceptional artistic and applied projects. Our projects supported artists preparing works for prestigious events and renowned exhibition spaces, including the Venice Biennale, LUMA Arles, and galleries in Paris and New York.
We specialize in creating large-scale, modern, and often highly complex forms, giving them a unique character through carefully crafted finishes, precise machining, and conscious material selection. We work on both exhibition pieces and artistic elements for functional joinery, combining high aesthetic standards with quality craftsmanship.
Our goal is to transform bold concepts into tangible objects. We create not only complex forms and unique finishes, but also provide top-notch joinery, wood selection, and full implementation support, ensuring the artistic value of the project is evident at every stage of its development.

Our own sawmill, drying room, carpentry shop, pattern shop, CNC machine shop, sculptors, and paint shop all work together. This shortens technological decisions, reduces risk, and ensures project consistency from material to final finish.
We help translate your vision into wood: from a scan or 3D model, through multi-axis milling, to hand-finishing. We work on figures, ornaments, organ casings, representative objects, and reconstructions.
2D/3D/5/6 axis CNC machining provides scale and precision, but the premium effect is only achieved when the sculptor's experience guides detail, proportion, light, color and finish.
The best designs begin with a discussion about function, scale, material, and the desired effect of the finished sculpture. A client may come with a finished 3D model, scan, photo, sketch, architectural documentation, or just an idea. Viktor-Art helps translate this vision into a practical, woodworking process.
We select the wood species and preparation, gluing method, technological divisions, CNC strategy, hand-carving, color, gilding, patina, and assembly. This ensures that each sculpture is not just a carefully carved object, but a refined, premium creation.
We collaborate with artists who require the technological and craftsmanship resources to create large, complex, or unusual forms. We can prepare the model, mill, hand-finish, and create a final surface consistent with the artist’s intentions.
3D modeling and scanning we connect with CNC wood processing and hand-carving.
Large wooden sculptures, oversized figures, ornaments, organ casings, and architectural elements require control over mass, construction, fastening, and woodworking. These are tasks where the workshop’s experience is as crucial as the machinery.
See: large-size figures and custom wood carving.
In the renovation and reconstruction of historic buildings, and in representative projects, fidelity to form, respect for materials, and quality detail are paramount. We utilize 3D scanning, hand-carving, polychrome, gilding, and wood preparation for long-term stability.
Custom workshop
Viktor-Art works as a custom woodcarving and CNC sculpture workshop for individual commissions: wood sculpture, sacred carving, restoration, large figures, 3D modelling and precision milling. The examples on the site and in the live Instagram feed show capabilities, not a catalogue of replicas for sale.
custom wood carving · Viktor-Art
Viktor-Art is a wood carving workshop combining traditional hand carving with CNC wood milling, 3D scanning and restoration support. We work on custom wooden sculptures, carved ornaments, sacred and decorative elements, modern and futuristic sculpture, artistic prototypes, reconstructions and larger bespoke projects for private clients, artists, designers, architects, galleries and institutions.
Each project can combine digital preparation with hand-finished details, so the final piece keeps the character of carved wood while benefiting from accurate modelling and technical control. The goal is not only to reproduce existing forms, but also to help transform an artistic vision into a physical wooden object.
